Try using a different mirror. Sometimes different sourceforge mirrors take longer to synchronize. I know it is on the umn, unc, aleron, flow, belnet, and heanet mirrors. The last I checked the easynews, twtelecom, cesnet, and keihanna mirrors didn't have it yet.

SourceForge gives you the option of selecting which mirror you download from. The page may only display briefly, but it will display. If you hit stop quickly while it is up you should be able to select a different mirror.

If necessary, this link (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/seq/ShowEQ-4.3.9.tar.bz2?use_default=unc) will force your default to be the UNC mirror
