First off system.
Amd 900 with 256 megs ram. running fresh down load and install of Fedora core 1.
now a run down of my set up here.
I am running 4 machines using windows. The main machine is running xp pro. the others running crappy windows ME. I have set up and ran MySeq client on one of the ME machines and a server on the main xp machine with no problems. Connection was fine info was there just VERY slow. So i took one of my old boxes and started down the Linux road for my fist time.
I can install compile and run Showeq but it wont see/connect to the client machine. I put in the IP of my main machine. as well as tried the MAC address. Im getting nothing.
