Benefits for upgrading to 5

Hopefully this doesn't get put into the 'been answered before, just search' folder..

But I have noticed that a fair bit of work is being put into SEQ5 Beta, I am currently using 4.3.2.1 and having no problems at all.
But just wondering whether it was going to be phased out in favour of the new program.

Any major benefits in changing to the version 5 just yet?
