You are trying to run version 5.0.0.7 which dates back to May. There have been several changes to the opcodes and packets since then and the version you have will not work.

The current version in CVS is 5.0.0.11 that was uploaded earlier today. Due to how SourceForge works you won't be able to get to that version until sometime tomorrow.

You have two basic options.

1) Wait until tomorrow and download, build, and install the 5.0.0.11 version from CVS.

2) Download the 5.0.0.10 version from CVS right now and apply the patches that were posted in the Development forum. After patching you will need to build and install.

Edit: Moved reponse to proper thread.

Responding to your post on the other (hijacked) thread...

how do you do this? download it from CVS? not sure how this cvs works.
You will have to look around here a bit and use search. There are ample directions in these forums on the process to download and build SEQ. You will find the culture here is to "Help those who help themselves" and to be really mean and nasty to people who make no effort to solve problems on their own.

Ironically, the original post you hijacked has exactly what you need to use cvs to fetch and build...

As it should. Anoncvs password is empty. Just hit enter.
