guilds2.dat problem

Running 5.0.0.10 on Mandrake 10. When I start showeq, was getting this error:
Warning: GuildMgr: Could not load guildsfile, /root/.showeq/tmp/guilds2.dat

Decided to copy the "guilds2.dat" file from my everquest folder to /root/.showeq/tmp. Now I get this error:
Warning: GuildMgr: Guildsfile not loaded, expected size 32832 got 49156

Searched FAQ and Forums but haven't found any information on this, so I'm asking for help.

Normally guilds2.dat was created when you connected to the world server automatically by SEQ.
I would assume, that either the SOE format changed, or SEQ created the file differently.

SEQ seems to have stopped creating this file around when the new login screen was introduced. (possibly a changed opcode)
