Fonts in SEQ

I have just compiled the SEQ beta but i'm finding that when I load it is using a very strange "olde english looking" font. I can change the fonts to something more readable, save my configuration, and reload however the fonts always return to what they were. I have looked at showeq.xml and can see that fonts set at what I had changed them to but it always loads with the "funky" fonts. Are there any ideas how I can correct this? Thank you.

Maybe try changing the default font in qtconfig?

Thank you that worked great! I didn't know where else to look than at the config for SEQ.
