To get SEQ running under Fedora Core 2.

1. Install Fedora Core 2 and select workstation
2. goto www.rpmnet.net (http://www.rpmnet.net) and download "qt-devel" rpm for fedora core 2 (this is the missing package that SEQ needs to compile and install it.
3. Follow Zandramas' guide to install SEQ. http://www.showeq.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4933

ENJOY!!

BTW, I'll also currently running SEQ under FEDORA CORE 2 within VMWARE 4.5 (winXP pro sp2).

Thanks for posting this... I am sure there are a lot of people out there that find this useful.
I would have been one of them but I installed earlier tonight with no hitches. Of course I already had that package installed so I wasn't exactly sure of WHY I had no problems as others did. LOL

better yet, utilize the built in package updater, yum, rather than manually finding the rpm on a remote site (or install it from the cds).

yum install qt-devel
