Problems updating client from CVS

I'm having no love updating, is there a problem with CVS this morning?

[root@localhost showeq]# export CVSROOT=:pserver:[email protected]:cvs root/seq
[root@localhost showeq]# cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:[email protected]:2401/cvsroot/seq
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.seq.sourceforge.net(66.35.250.209):2401 failed: Connection timed out

The timeouts have been going on for a couple hours now.

sourceforge anoncvs is being craptastic. Give it a bit. It'll prolly pull out of it.
