View Full Version : Patch submitted to fix L66 color con ranges

Posted in the patch submission section of sourceforge, a small fix in the color-cons of a L66 player.

The color ranges were not changed from a L65, so L45 mobs are green and L50 mobx are lt blue.

The code increased the color ranges at this point so L45s were still lt blue and L50s were still navy.

As I level (will be slow), I'll verify color ranges and post updates as needed.

At level 70, a 49 is green and a 50 is Light Blue..it doesnt show up this way in seq.

Thanks pac -- with that information, I know how to fix it for all levels.

I'll submit an updated patch shortly.

Zaphod - would you prefer the 2nd patch to be in terms of the first patch? or the original CVS version of the code?

I uploaded two patches to fix colors up to players of L70.

One if you've already patched with my first fix that I posted yesterday morning; the other if you've not yet patched and still at cvs version.

As long as you choose the right version, it should update the code in player.cpp to the same place.

In the future just update the original patch in the patch manager, and use the "Check to Upload and Attach a File" to attach the new file. Makes less administrative work for me.
