Is SEQ broke again as per Feb 21 patch?

Haven't seen any posts yet either way. Hopefully just offsets.

Yes, SEQ is down atm, devs are working on it, there's more changes than average due to the expansion. Sit down, be cool, and wait for the Wolf.
