Do 1000baseT hubs exist? If so, where?

I have never seen a gigabit hub.
Hubs are a dying breed. Very few true hubs still exist. Almost all of them are now either switches or switching hubs (acts as a hub if all connections are the same speed).

That works, but it just makes it act similar to a hub. It isn't a hub.
If you already have a switch without port mirroring, you could use any kind of switch as long as your linux box is the gateway and it has NAT set up.
