Another Vanguard Thread

I am well aware that there has already been a series of discussion concerning Vanguard, but I was wondering if anyone had taken a close look at Vanguard since the inception of open beta.

I believe someone confirmed that it is only a small radius is transmitted to the client. Other than that, I haven't heard anything.

Thats what I have been led to understand so far. I should have been a little more specific. I wanted to know if anyone had begun looking at packet structure and things of that sort for the purpose of developing some sort of item collector software tailored to Vanguard. As you can imagine, it would be invaluable to players to start constructing an item database. I do not posses the skill nor the time to really contribute anything much more than an opinion, but I would be tickled pink to see someone make a crack at this.
