libgdbm

confiure: error: can not find gdbm library functions. Make sure libdgbm is installed.

Its in /usr/lib on this debian unstable system, and i tried pointing it to there with --with-extra-libs any ideas?

Just got this as well, running RH7.2, new install, following the guide on how to install with RH 7.2.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, seems that the gdbm-devel did not install properly, reinstalled it and the standard gdbm and working fine now.
