No spawns or items

Im using the newest version, I have everything set up and both are running. But I have no map, mobs, or ground spawns.
I get a Warning: maxloop reached finding pspawnlist!
Ive tried searching for a fix, but cant find any help. Can anyone help me out please?

SEQ is down and has been for some time now due to the randomization of opcodes.

Your message doesn't sound like a showeq message. You're probably in the wrong place.

If it is a MySEQ problem, make sure you have the correct offsets.
