Will ShowEQ work for World of Warcraft? If not... How come? also if not... Why don't you make a version for WoW? It would be extremely popular to the extent of humungously large proportions that ones brain would pop!

ShowEQ will not work with WoW because ShowEQ is in essence a network sniffer and the EQ and WOW network protocols are completely different.

ShowEQ is open source software which means that those who use it write it. If you would like ShowEQ to work with WOW then you are welcome to submit patches and code to make it do so.

due to the way WoW optimizes resources, ShowEQ would only be able to show objects within a certain range of your character (that range is pretty small, too).

Some "radar" programs are available that accomplish this task.
