Map problems hopefully different

I've been using MySEQ for awhile and have normally been able to figure out what was wrong on my own but I'm stumped now. I am runing version 1.23.2.0 I have the new offsets from 4/7/09 and I have canverted all of my maps. (I did not download a new set of maps yet). I have checked the IP adress to make sure thats still the same.

I turn my server on and then my client and run my client and get error loading maps. The read out I get on my server is below.

any ideas?

Looking at that I would double check the offsets. Thats what normally caused that sort of output for me.
