Lost my Spawn list..

I hate to ask and sound like a total noob to the program, since i was using back before it was usuable on windows, but i somehow moved my spawn list off screen, and cannot get it back, even when its turned on i still cannot find it, is there a command or something i can use to get it back? It really sucks not having the list of mobs . Thanks in advance.

The actual position on screen is stored in positions.xml -Not sure how to edit it, but you can just delete the file, and then restart the client to reset all the window positions.
