MySEQ 1.27.2 - .NET Framework Initialization Error

I have .NET v4.0.30319 installed

When I attempt to run MySEQ.exe I get the following error:

MySEQ.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error
Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.

Do I need a different version of .NET? This is what Microsoft downloaded "by default."

Again, I'm using MySEQ 1.27.2 for EQEmu support.

This belongs in the MySEQ help forum instead of ShowEQ help forum. They are two different applications. The sticky in the MySEQ help forum says you need .NET v2.0:
