A while ago I switched to sins, but sins has lost active maintenance, and I notice now seq decodes much more quickly and reliably... so I am looking at switching back.
But I prefer the sins interface, and am trying to mirror it with the new seq4 abilities. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to set things up the way I'm used to. sins would save settings for everything just with ctrl+s.. I don't see anything similar in seq. If i view/hide, dock/undock, resize windows, etc.. none of it is saved. I've found places to manually edit most of this, but i cannot control window size or placement, for the main window or the two map windows I prefer to use.
Also, both maps reset to 1x magnification every zone.. can the map remember what magnification it is supposed to use ?
