Failed binding to port: 5555

First off, i am pretty dumb at this sort of stuff. I have SEQ running a few years ago and am attempting it again. Every time i try to start server, i get an error that says "Failed binding to port:5555" any help?

Way late but dont see any replies ..
Quick thoughts
make sure its not already running , run it as admin , check to validate something is/isnt listening on 5555 with netstat

I believe the port should be 555 which you need to configure.
