[Test] 11/04 patch

Updated structs and opcodes for Test.

The seq5 patch applies against the main trunk/tarball.

The seq6beta patch applies against the pre_6_0_beta branch.

It turns out I made a copy/paste error with the above patches. Here are the fixed/working versions.

Note, the beta6 patch is now generated against RC1. So if you're using beta6 for the test server, you may need to update to RC1 if the patch doesn't apply correctly.
