help with patch day

Hello sorry if this is a dumb question. I see that diffs.txt have been posted for 9/21 but im not sure how to apply it or how to patch. Any info would be terrific, thanks for all the hard work. This is on a rpi4 by the way. I had it all up and running before patch day. Im trying to research the forums in the meantime to find a solution.

Really? There is a thing called search. Or all you had to do is look at the pinned threads to find out how to do it.

Thank you for the help. I didnt realize we had to recompile. I did search for about 2 hrs and I felt like all I was coming across was installing the program. I still dont quite understand how to use the diffs but I will try that next time. Thanks again BlueAdept for your time.

ShowEQ is not like MySEQ. ShowEQ has to sniff the packets and then decode them. The patch are opcodes that change location when they release a new version so you have to recompile after almost every patch.
MySEQ is different, it pulls the information directly from the program while it is running. Therefore it is detectable.
