Filters syntax

I'm looking to modify a zone specific filter. I want a mob to pop up on alert based on name and level, how would you express that. Like if I wanted only level 3 Orc Pawns would it look like this

Name:Orc Pawn;3

Also I see several names with a # preceeding their name, how do you account for that?
