Drawing lines on maps question.

I am tryingto see if a mob is up in a zone that is seldom hunted. So when I zone in a mule to see if the mob is up of course all mobs are grey since no spawns after i zone in. The mule is to low to kill a mob top cause a spawn.

So I figured I would zone in my main, kill a mob cause a spawn then draw a line tracking the mob of interest and save the map. Than way when i log on the mule if a grey dot is following the line it is the mob i need (there are no PH).

But being the absolute DUFUSS i am I cant draw a freakin line..

I tried right-clicking the map and pulling up the map edits but when i go to "edit"-->start Line and select.....nothing happens.

So I am asking how do you draw a line or have a line drawn on the path a mob takes. Thanks in advance ;)

Check the mapping forum.. there is a good thread there with detailed instructions (which could be easily found using the search feature)
