Take an unimproved Run Speed (IE: no buffs, no AA points) as a baseline, perhaps of 1, or 100.
Snare type effects lower it, buffs/horses raise it.
SEQ should be capable of handling this, and it would be neet to do things like truely measure horse speeds, see the difference between a level 9 and a level 50 SoW, etc.

Errr actually....
Make a macro:
/loc
/pause 10
/loc
Then take the distance you move between those 2 locs... that's the distance you move in 1 second.
done it twice... gotten an average of about 45 clicks per second, no movement speed increases.
