I have attached some patches to this post. If you prefer to get these in some other way, just tell me. I use http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm to apply patches of this type, myself.

- compile.bat: fixed to work again without Visual stuff
- diff_it.bat: added to create patch files (not very nice yet, but it works)
- MapCon.cs: Set target without a mob by left-clicking anywhere on the map; "I want to go HERE".
- MapCon.cs: CoP now fixes the player on the screen, absolutely, even if it creates some blank space.
- The process runs with "above normal" priority now by default, to keep it running smoothly with EQ hogging the CPU.
