Performance of lastest CVS pull

I did a pull from the CVS tree a couple of days ago, built it and tried it... I've found that when I go into a zone it tends to hang SEQ, makes a couple of beeps from the box and then eventually just popps up with the spawn map populated and decoded...

Has anyone else seen this? As a result I just back off to my previous version (from the end of the year) that doesn't have this issue and for the most part is stable... Oh, I also made sure that I didn't keep the 79k filters file, it's now the default with about 10 things added to it...

The only other thing I haven't tried (and I'm suprised that I haven't since this is usually what I do) is to rename my showeq directory (source), make a new /root/showeq and do a completely new pull from there... Then do another build... I'm going to try that tonight and see if the problem goes away...
