watch out for the CBDTPA

i know this isn't exactly anything related to showeq... but maybe it is. this "act" has the chilling effect that COULD make opensource software illegal. anything without "Digital Rights Managment" might someday be grounds for jail or what not. i urge you to look into this. i think the closing for comments is april 8th (monday) so i may have gotten into this late... but if you can get to a fax machine, copy/paste this letter, modify it (make it different, make it in your own words) and fax it!

this is worse than the DMCA, please look at it :(
