Clean Up of unregistered users

I went through and cleaned up all the users that were awaiting email confirmation for the last 10 years up to the last 6 months. Over 500 accounts have been deleted since they were unregistered. I know a lot of them were from when the mail system was broken (I think for a couple years).

Now that they have been cleaned up, if you had a favorite name and couldn't get registered before because you didn't get the email, now is your chance at getting back on as your favorite name.
