At level 48, a level 42 shows light blue. However, SEQ shows it as dark blue in the list. It seems the consider level range needs tweaked a bit.

I've found quite a few examples of this, mostly at lower levels, but a few at mid-levels as well. Thanks for the additional data point. If you find more, feel free to add them to this thread.
Con colors used to be fixed levels above and below. I know they changed it a while back. I dont know if they have been correct since that change years ago.
A level 54 shows yellow at 51, but shows red in SEQ. I think SEQ is still using the +3 levels = red
Yeah. I dont think it was ever made to a sliding scale that they use now. I dont know what they use now. I think lower levels are different from medium levels as high levels are different from medium or low.
We have a table for grey/green/light blue. Yellow is set to 3 levels . So a 54 would show yellow for us. 4+ is red.
