Mez traditionally last 54 secs with some being as short as 6 secs.
it is a fixed duration, a mob does not break a mez, it wears off or a player breaks a mez.

I still can not see mto get this code to work me with 1.8 client or the 1.7b.

what does work still is the 1.4server and 1.7b client.

any thing else locks immediately after the spawnlist...

That is the same point mine locks up in now in any zone.
The old server and old myseq still work 90% of the time though

I'm currently using a sniffer that supplies the key by udp.

Actually I have the other two machines set up using the bit of code that writes a file and is then read by hitting the f12 key.

On my network I have two showeq computers and two eq computers. I use the sniffer and the perl script posted here.
