We used to be able to click on a spell with the middle mouse button and the spell would be removed from the window.
I'd guess it got lost in the clean up, and was removed.

One thing to keep in mind is that the level up OP-Code may not be inplace, so when you level you MAY need to zone to update your level info, so that con colours are correct for your new level.

SEQ does NOT pull it from memory, and it's sent when you zone into a zone, then updated as...
