May 8th patch breaks SEQ

For those curious about the impact of todays patch, it does break ShowEQ. A lot of structure changes. Decoding still works, so does the mapping. But, there are severe mapping issues with regards to spawns.

By "breaks SEQ", I mean it's not "working as intended" right now.
