Yea it is called /who gm or /who gm all
If they are hidden or roleplaying, you wont see them till they sneak up on you. GMs when invis also dont show up on SEQ.

I've seen GM's in mobs. For instance,
Mobname, Iksar, ShopkeeperGM, lvl60, dist352, etc. etc.
You sure those aren't GuildMasters?
Brother Qwinn shows up as a GM, and he is a monk trainer. I have also noticed a GM mob in the ice cave in Everfrost, back in the corner. I forget what his name is, but he is definitely a GM. If you go into Freeport, for example, you will see tons of GM mobs.
