Does anyones alerts play a wave file or is everyones busted like mine.
also if imake the 1 a zero in the conf file will it sound my speaker for me or is the alert routine completely broken

With v4.0 I cant get it to play an alert wave file either. I havent had time to look into it to see if it is my fault or a problem in SEQ.
