Just out of curiosity, why did we need a new libEQ?
There was a long standing bug in libEQ. I fixed it and released it to the other developers to be published. The bug caused ProcessPacket to in certain situations improperly decode a packet and return a non-zero result. This would occasionally yield unpredictable and unwanted behavior in ShowEQ.

Personal thank you donations are now accepted.
In case anyone cares, http://www.crosswinds.net/~libeqa now has the current libeq.a file.

Crosswinds is undergoing some server upgrades and has had some slowdowns and outages for the last couple days (they are working on getting a new web based email server working).
The web page is still up and is working.
Still dont know why it never made it into the list. It has been around since Xyzzy released the fixed libEQ.a for Kunark expansion.
Heh...I had bugged Ashran (when SEQ was on HQ) about adding me and even asked Ratt once or twice.
No big deal. Just did it for the people who had problems connecting to the other sites.
