    Question EQEmu - Just Wondering

Say, I was wondering if anyone has successfully used MySEQ on an EQEmu server?

I suspect they would have somewhat different offsets than the most current.

I really like having even just GPS mode when running around.

    Cheers

I didn't even think there were any EMUs operational any more. What one is working?

And ya, offsets would be totally different, stuctures would be different also if they work the same as they did a long itme ago.

Try www.eqemu.net . That's where I got hooked up with it. Some servers are more legit than others, but all have bugs and are not as good as EQLive.

I haven't seen that one before. At any rate I haven't looked at it too closely yet, but unless it uses the current official eqgame.exe the offsets and possibly the data structures will be different.

they use a very old eqgame.exe

they don't work with encryption yet, so a very old version of showeq should work. try getting an old version from the cvs from before soe added encryption.

as for memory offsets... source code of eqemu is available, so you could easily find them.
