Server won;t start in XP Pro

When trying to start server, I get a box that flashes on the screen so fast I cannot read the error, It appears that it does not want to run in DOS mode....


What am I doing dumb? I got working fine under win98....My play box is XP though and I can't monitor it with having server running....any help?

I've run the Server on XP Pro, nothing special done to it, just fine.

All I did was to unzip the Server file to the root of the C Drive, as it creates it's own folder, and ran it. No Fuss, No Muss.

It just opens a small command (There's NO DOS in Windows .. )
window and shows when it finds the EQ Game running and when the Client connects to it.

Try starting it from the command prompt so you can see the error it's producing.
