MySEQ with 2 EQ games on same machine?

Is this possible?

My other PC is so slow that i run EQ twice on the same machine. They're in 2 different folders. One is in "C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest Trilogy" the other in "C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest Trilogy 2". Normally i run the first is in normal EQ in windowed mode, then the second using EQwindows. then i just alt-tab between them.

Will MySEQ work with 2 EQ's running on the same machine? is there a way to make it only watch the one and not the other? is it possible running MySEQ and the 2 EQ's all on the same machine or the 2 EQ's on one machine and MySEQ on the other?

Yes, it works fine. It will read the first game thats started.
