Alert beep

I would like to change the alert beep to a wave file if possible can anyone give me a quick run down on how to do that? The system speaker just isnt loud enough for me to hear

Did a quick search on "alert play" and found several topics on it.
This one http://seq.sourceforge.net/forums/sh...ght=alert+play has a modified version that might work for you. Or at the least you can take a look at the code to learn how he did it. By the way, nice job shnauka and Netonins.
