My alerts not working. What am I missing?

I have verified that filters.conf and filters.conf.txt are both in the Myseq Dir. When I his add/edit alerts, notepad trys to open a file and I get the following message:

"The system can not find the path specified."

Thanks for any insight on this one. I have tryed to find where the path is specified, but have not had any luck. Then again, I am not a programmer.

Create a directory called filters under the directory the client is installed, or download his latest one which now has the dictories as part of the zip.
