    should i upgrade

    Hello,

    not really a problem, but looking at the patch i see

    "quote:

    ---------------------

    * Updated version to 4.3.17.1
    * Fixed build for certain Linux variants.
    * Made it support Qt 3.0.5 again."

    i am currently running Qt 3.0.5, by needing to add this to the
    patch , should i take this as a sign , that Qt 3.0.5 will not be included
    in future releases and i should upgrade.

    Thank You

    Upgradings probably good, but it doesn't mean that Qt 3.0.5 support is going away. Just that my current development machine is a stock RH 9 install which comes with Qt 3.1.1. When I heard people were having build problems I tried compiling it on my stock RH 8 box (a much slower machine) and discovered issues (do to my using certain methods on Qt objects that turned out to be 3.1 or greater specific). So I modified the code to work with the older version. That is all.

    Enjoy,

    Personal thank you donations are now accepted.
