    New Con Color Chart

    Here is the current confirmed Con Colors. I will be switching the Client over to start using the Ini file for the Con Colors. I'm doing this because it's been a problem in the past with incorrect Con Colors. This will allow us to update the Colors without the need to recompile the program.

    If you don't help us filling this chart out we will be getting alot of posts about Con Colors are not working.

    Bump

    Folks if we don't get this chart filled out there's going to be alot of missing con colors. I hate being a hard ass about it but I'm trying to get this project moving in the right direction. The current Con Color system is not correct for all levels. Take 5 minutes out of your playing and fill out what you can. The best place to go is PoK and/or the Bazaar.

    It's easy to do:
    1) Sort by level
    2) Go to the highest Green listed and verify it's Green
    3) Go to the next Level spawn and verify it's Lt. Blue
    4) If it's Green repeat steps 3 & 4 till you get the highest Green
    5) Go to the highest Lt Blue and verify it's Lt. Blue
    6) Go to the next Level spawn and verify it's Dark Blue
    7) If it's Lt. Blue repeat steps 5 & 6 till you get the highest Lt. Blue
    8) Post your Level, Highest Green and Highest Lt. Blue

    Please make sure you don't guess on the level because the level spawn you are looking for is not in the zone (Move to another zone).

    Thanks in advance for the help, remember if you want the project to continue we need a little support from the community.

    As promiced, this is what i can contribute (unless i level some alts). I found that the best place to do this is the bazaar... the pc's never move.

    6=2,3 (Level 3 is Dark Blue, there are no light blues)
    10=4,6
    13=6,8
    15=8,10
    23=14,16
    24=15,17
    27=17,19
    36=24,26

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks Mixy

    We need folks to also verify these numbers as we post them to make sure there was no typos etc.

    Once the list is complete then we can start using the Ini file. If you have a character in the missing levels take time to help us out before we go live with the Ini file.

    2= dark blue at 1
    3= dark blue at 1

    Leveled a warrior to three for that info Baby!

    9=3,5
    42=26,30

    I have just about exhausted all of the accounts I have access to. Any chance we could note which cons have been confirmed? That way we don't have 50 people confirming the same levels? It looks as if it's going to take quite a few people to fill in all of the holes.

    Question

    Okay, First time post myself. I'd hate to lose MQSEQ2 and his mad skillz so I got off my arse. I installed the latest server (1.11) and client (1.15.17) and took her for a test run. Worked the bugs out and hooked up at the Bazaar.

    The process I used to obtain these numbers were pretty simple. I logged in one of my lvl65 toonz and refreshed the spawn list. I located a toon that was of the lvl I needed cons from. I targeted that toon with my lvl65 and refreshed the spawn list again. I wrote down the highest green and highest lightblue, per the instructions. Here's where it gets a bit crazy ..... I found most of the cons consistent with the information already listed here BUT .... some of these are either Sony's idea of a joke or something is really wrong. You will see the "off" patterns I am speaking of so PREEEZ, triple check these.

    I went through this list at least 4 times, and made sure I used different toonz of the same lvl to verify these numbers. I also used more than 1 toon of mine and had the same results. I can't explain why some are so CRAZY, but maybe someone else can.

    Choku, so, you have 60 characters all of different levels? If not, how are you getting the cons?

    Nah, read what he wrote. Choku, what we're trying to do is find out the correct con colors according to Everquest. The ones in Myseq are a little off. Therefore, the method you did will only show the con colors based off of Myseq, not the "real" EQ cons.

    The only way to do this is the way MQSEQ2 posted, buy logging in a charactor, seeing what cons highest green to em (according to myseq) then actually conning that target in EQ and see what it cons ingame. Repeat the process with light blues.

    The reason we're doing this is because Myseq's con colors are a little off, and MQSEQ2 is trying to correct them for us.

    Hope that helps, it's really really late... and im somewhat drunk. (happy new year)

    I guess you could set your con level via the Level Override and checlk them out for all levels if you can find the toons you need. To do that go to the Options window and set the Level Override to 1 then con stuff then set to 2 con stuff set 3 con stuff and so on till 65.

    Then we need to just verify the crazy back track numbers and we should be good to go. So if someone can verify these I will get the Ini code setup. to be in the next release (and stop reading between the lines )
