Hmm, have you tried the How to troubleshooting guide?

    Can you connect via Telnet?

What IP address is the Server?

Is there is a Firewall involved?

dial up connection so server is set to 127.0.0.1 newest version of showeq, firewalls turned off.

Try replacing 127.0.0.1 with the real IP Address. Use Ipconfig or Winipcfg to get the IP address.

This is a connection issue, obviously, and means that the the client could not find the server.

Are you running the client and server on separate computers? If so, then the 127.0.0.1 loopback address in the client will not work. You will need to find the internal LAN IP address of the computer with the MySEQ server program installed per MYSEQ2's post.

If you are running the MySEQ server and client on the same computer, make sure the server program is running prior to pressing the Go button in client.
