Cant open =/

When i try open MySeqClient 1.15.17


This Error:

Uncaught exception in main(): File or Assambly name Magicalibrary, or one of its dependencies , was not found



How i can correct this fail ???? or anyone can show me one link for download this file??

and put the in your myseq directory
