Is there anyway to run SEQ on the EQ screen w/o having to alt+shift+r back and fourth? Also lots of lag and is that normal?
Nope, you can thank Sony for that.
You can use EQW which I find a little better to get out of EQ instead of EQ's window. EQW uses Ctrl + Alt + R to do it.
Glad to hear you got it figured out. I've done the How To for the current version of MySEQ, now I'm working on the Know How part. This should give pointers and tips on how to use the different parts of MySEQ.
