Upgrading version help - for the dumb

Ok - I am totally dense when it comes to upgrading from 16 to 17. Do I just DL 17 and dump it into my current 16 folder? Is it that simple? The whole compile thing has me scratching my head. Things like "Compile" and "point to directory" baffle me.

Sorry for being so dense - anyone feel like explaining upgrading for dummies? thanks!

I saw the post stickied above - but I didn't understand it.

Install the 1.15.16 Self Installer then download the 1.15.17 zip file and unzip the myseq.exe into the 1.15.16 directory and overwrite the file in that directory.

Sorry for my absence lately. My RL business is kicking off pretty good and had me wrapped up. I logged into for the first time in 10 days tonight~~

Anyway, I'll get the .17 self-installer uploaded pretty quickly for anyone that needs it...and can't unzip, copy/paste

ALready have 1.15.16 up and running and have been using it for a week or so, and did so using the self installer and the FAQ for dummies.

Thank you for your answer and sorry for me being so clueless.
