Any way to list ALL goods on vendors?

When I hit a vendor, seq online shows me what I can see myself in eq, an not giving me any info on what is below in that merchants inventory. Is there a setting to show it all? Or, even better, a function to search for one particular item in zone, then highlight the vendors that have them (AND the amount) - would be extremely usefull for all us vendorminers ;o)

However, I dunno if the hidden inventory is sendt from server when you a: zone in, b: hit the vendor or c: not untill you buy your way down to it.

As far as I'm aware that's all kept server side. The server only sends down what's visible unfortunately.
