anyone else having problems with the make of gcc3, I keep getting seg faults when trying to run the make. Is there an order that needs to be followed to install the reqiuried packs? I am using slackware 8.0 and have the latest of gdbm, glibc and even with a failed compile on gcc when i type gcc --version it responds with 3.0. Any ideas?
i have slackware 8.0 as well, and i'm having trouble finding where to update the necessary things to bring gcc to 3.0... (newbie). any help is appreciated.
[EDIT]: I used my brain and did some reading and got gcc upgraded to 3.0.3 wo0t! now to find Qt 2.3.2 or later... hmmm....

well i could get gcc3 to work *cough* it shows that in gcc -v and even after making it use gcc3 and g++3 i tried to compile qt and it just sucked and blew out yay! I am however so lame that I am using seq3.1.2 without all this upgrade bs and until im forced to 100% go with SEQ4 im staying with what works. /shrug

SEQ4 works like a champ.... Ive had not one issue with it.
