I have ported his version to a MFC windows dialog program. See http://rs697l3.rapidshare.com/cgi-bi...74509597918443 for the code to compile it. The code was compiled in visual studio 2008.

It is not a problem with the link. Apparently the account/or the way it is posted only allows 10 downloads.
